An exciting opportunity has emerged for risk and compliance leaders in nursing, AHP, and quality departments. This post is suitable for an experienced risk and governance professional with advanced skills, drive, enthusiasm and integrity. This position will work closely with senior managers and members of the executive team to ensure that corporate risk and compliance systems are updated in a timely and accurate manner. Explore, develop and recommend methodologies for future approaches to risk management, including the use of appropriate information technology and software. Promote and continually develop a proactive risk management culture across the organization, fully embedding risk systems and processes to ensure risk records translate into operational actions and responses in a meaningful way . Additionally, you will be required to work with senior corporate and operational services leaders and teams to support CQC inspection and assessment readiness requirements. Create and maintain systems and processes that support compliance and act as a source of advice to staff across the organization in clarifying CQC regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of risk management and compliance-based work, and ideally have communication and interpersonal skills that are demonstrable at senior levels within the organization.

• Risk Registry: Explore, develop, and recommend risk management approaches, including the use of appropriate information technology and software. Promote and continually develop a proactive risk management culture across the organization, fully embedding risk systems and processes to ensure risk records translate into operational actions and responses in a meaningful way .
• CQC Basic Standards: This post holder will support CQC inspection and assessment preparation requirements, including those not yet published. The post holder will work with clinical teams to support and create systems and processes that help demonstrate compliance and act as a source of advice for all staff at all levels across the organization in clarifying CQC regulatory requirements. • Policy Monitoring: Post owners facilitate the collection and monitoring of key data that proves compliance with key trust policies.
• Quality Accounts: Working with senior members across Operations and Corporate Services, this post holder will support the review and development of systems and processes to facilitate annual Trust Quality Accounts.
