‘Share for Better Care’ is a campaign to collect feedback from people who use care services.
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Healthwatch England are running the campaign, with support from a number of partners including VoiceAbility and Disability Rights UK.
This campaign will focus on gathering experiences from specific communities, including:
- ethnic minority community
- low income community
- autistic person
- people with learning disabilities
- Disabled people with physical or sensory impairments
How CQC uses feedback
CQC wants to use the feedback we collect to improve our care services for everyone.
They emphasize that both good and bad feedback are valuable. Anything you can share will help CQC track standards across all services.
Respondents may remain anonymous. However, CQC encourages participants to share their contact details to assist with the ongoing discussion.
