It’s a role. As a successful Care Home Manager, you will focus on marketing activities to support improved occupancy levels, taking into account CQC regulations, finances and resources.

What is needed?

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Experience managing a residential care home with good knowledge of CQC regulations.

• I am currently holding a Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership in Health and Social Care or considering this.

• Experience in marketing and experience focused on improving occupancy.
