As a Registered Care Manager, you will:

  • Care quality assurance: Developing, implementing, auditing and reviewing quality standards to ensure that minimum CQC levels of care and support are provided to travelers.
  • Recruitment and onboarding: Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, training, development, evaluation, and providing feedback to the on-tour team of caregivers and tour managers. Identify and attract top talent and develop a skilled and motivated care workforce.
  • Monitoring care delivery: Oversee the provision of care on tour and ensure excellent service and support to our guests. Manage the rental of necessary equipment for guests and be available to immediately address any issues or concerns that may arise during the tour.
  • Policy and standards development: Establishing Limitless Travel as a leader and innovator in the care industry, developing and refining care policies and standards. Stay up to date with best practices and regulations to ensure compliance and continuously enhance your care services.
  • Supervision of learning and development; This includes setting required qualification and learning standards for carers on tour and managing compliance.
  • Care and support expertise: In-house care We provide support, expertise and advice to other departments working collaboratively to ensure care is delivered at all levels within the company.
  • CQC Registration Manager: Care Quality Commission Registration Manager role and other compliance roles related to the geography of tour provision.

What you bring to our amazing organization:

  • Experienced in the care industry with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
  • At least 5 years’ experience as a CQC Registered Care Manager. Ideally experience in a home care setting, assisted living, agency, care home or position involving management of care staff, care plans and service delivery.
  • Deep understanding of care coordination, customer service, and care delivery best practices.
  • Experience supervising and auditing the quality of remote services using a variety of auditing systems.
  • Experience managing remotely based caregivers (e.g. in a home care agency setting).
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, ability to inspire and develop teams to achieve excellent results.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, keen eye for detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills enable you to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • A professional, ambitious and passionate approach to meaningfully impacting the lives of people with disabilities through travel.
  • Experience using a variety of computer systems to plan, deliver, and review services, including communicating with remote caregivers.
  • Experience providing after-hours on-call phone support.
