Staff at Hampton Court Care Home in Bilston were invited to come to work on Wednesday dressed as one of their favorite superheroes as part of a day to celebrate successful testing.
This fun event was a way for the team to come together and celebrate the hard work and dedication that went into achieving a Good rating from the CQC.
The facility said it was thrilled to announce its recent achievement of receiving a ‘good’ rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) following a comprehensive inspection in December.
He said this recognition reflects the dedication and hard work of the entire team in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
Caroline Wood, chief operating officer at Hampton Court Care Home, said the test results were something she and all her staff were extremely proud of.
She said: “We are extremely proud of this achievement.
“This is a testament to the dedication and passion of our staff who work tirelessly to ensure the health and well-being of our residents.”
The superhero-themed party will feature activities, refreshments, and plenty of opportunities for team bonding and celebration, with staff celebrating their favorite superhero as a symbol of their dedication and commitment to providing exceptional care to residents. Participants were encouraged to dress up and participate.
The home management presented the staff with certificates and certificates of appreciation for their hard work in achieving the test results.
Gina Cirino, Care Home Manager at Hampton Court Care Home, said: “We believe every member of our team is a superhero in their own right and this party is our way of celebrating their amazing efforts. This is the method.”
