– Experience working in a business planning or similar role and implementing business planning cycles.
– Experience in leadership roles.
– Experience with various performance reporting approaches
– Excellent presentation skills and experience facilitating workshops for colleagues.
– To feel comfortable advocating for yourself to board and executive level stakeholders.
what are you going to do
As a Business Planning Manager, you will lead, manage, and deliver effective business planning processes across the organization.
Make this plan ubiquitous throughout your organization to ensure our business plan delivers on our strategic goals. Work with teams throughout CQC to ensure new processes and measures are clear and that they apply to the overall performance framework.
Design effective business planning cycles and schedules to implement planning strategies at the departmental level and support the use of OKR methodologies. You will provide advice and guidance, and challenge new projects and initiatives to ensure they are effective.
Additionally:
– Assist in the preparation of progress reports for stakeholders.
– Facilitate joint efforts, dependencies and impact on different objectives
– Ensure planning cycles are synchronized with financial and workforce planning.
