CQC Registered Manager – Nurse 558945

Established complex care services currently rated as ‘outstanding’ by the CQC are currently looking for: Registered manager with nursing qualification You will join them and oversee the overall quality and safety of clinical care provided by the team.

This nurse-led service is a community-based service for both adults and children who have experienced a personal injury, including ABI or spinal cord injury, or who have a neurological condition that requires highly individualized and specialized support. Tailored specifically to provide care.

The team strives to provide the highest standard of care so that each person can maintain as much dignity and quality of life as possible in the comfort and safety of their own home.

We use our clinical expertise to ensure that all care meets the evolving needs of service users, is person-centred, safe and compliant with all legal and industry policies.

You will lead the delivery of excellent care while driving continuous team and service development through proactive management and a commitment to an open and collaborative culture.

this is permanent, full time (40h) CQC Registered Manager position.

This is a hybrid role based between our office in Wokingham and your home, with travel to patient homes also required.

Person identification:

• (Required) Clean NMC registration (RN adult)
• (Required) Experience in clinical and CQC compliance management. example:

  Perform risk assessments and investigations, manage budgets, and support clinical team development.

• (Required) Experience with complex care or ITU nursing including nursing of neurological conditions, knowledge of PEG nutrition, tracheostomy care, and ventilation.
• (Required) Driver’s license and private car ownership
