your new role
As a team leader, you will work with the management team to support the day-to-day running of the service. You will help prepare the service for inspection by training the team and holding regular upskilling sessions. Leading the way in supporting service users, ensuring young people’s needs are met in all our work and building strong, constructive relationships with young people, thereby teaching them valuable life skills and building their independence. Build. Other duties may include, but are not limited to: Performs risk assessments and care plans, observations and evaluations.
what you need to succeed
For a successful application, you must have a full ‘right to UK’ in the UK, a full driving license and a minimum of 12 months’ referenceable experience in a senior role in a similar environment within the last two years . Other requirements include:
- Experience supporting ASD, LD, and/or challenging behaviors
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
- Willingness to learn and advance your career
