We are seeking an experienced RMN to be approved as a Registered Manager by the CQC. Experience supporting people with complex personality disorders/severe and persistent mental illness within secure and non-secure rehabilitation inpatient facilities is essential.

The service is one of three 24-hour supported housing schemes in the area supporting adults aged 18 and over with long-term mental health needs. The purpose of this service is to support individuals on their recovery journey so that they can live more independently in the community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering services within relevant policies, procedures and quality standards, ensuring that services comply with the Health and Social Care Act and Healthcare Quality Commission regulations. You will also be responsible for assisting regional operations leaders in preparing and executing business plans and budgets, as well as being responsible for all risk management within a specific location from a business perspective.
